Audit Logs

The Audit logs are the part of the Operational console that displays audit logs for all applications from the MAYI ID apps family:

  • Redhat SSO - first login page
  • MAYI ID - OTP Auth - application for authentication users with QR or OTP procedures
  • Selfservice - user portal
  • Operational console - portal for operators
  • IGA-Governance - managing console for approvals or invitations
  • Enrollment - application for user onboarding
  • Emergency access - safety point for emergency situations (forgotten password, lost mobile phone, blocked account)
  • Vault (Later PAM) - a place for safe storage of secrets (credentials, login strings...)
  • Stats dashboard - portal with statistics data
  • Authentication API
  • FCMS (Later CLM) - application for user certificate management
  • Agent - Vault functionality

Available actions for users with appropriate privileges:


Search for the specific record

Use a filter to search for specific records for specific users or applications or for records in a specific time frame:

FROM <> TO - date pickers to specify the time frame

Application - select the application for the search

Username - Username of specific user (use with whisperer) - it is necessary to enter the exact username or select it from the list (the whisperer displays only 10 relevant results, so when the list of relevant usernames is longer, then modify searching criteria to narrow it down

Fulltext - full-text search - searchable in username, name and description of the log records

Display record detail

Mouse-click on the selected row to display the details and relevant information
  • Tokens templates:
    • Audited operations: create / update / get detail / delete / set rights / remove rights / import seed
  • Safewalk:
    • Operations: get detail / update / delete / create
  • Keycloak
    • Operations: get detail / update / delete / create
  • SMS Provider
    • Operations: get detail / update / delete / create / set countries / set as default
  • Email Provider
    • Operations: get detail / update / delete / create / set as default
  • Email Template:
    • Operations: delete / publish / send test notification
