🛠️ Login failed - OTP not working properly

The OTP might not work for multiple reasons, here is a non exhaustive list :

  • User might not be enrolled, in which case the user needs to enroll. For some clients, there is an automatic synchronization done then contacting the client or the person responsible for this synchronization is necessary.

  • Safewalk might have “corrupted” the token. The symptom for this is that the user has a token linked with them in the Operational console but it disappeared in Safewalk. If this happens, you need to go to the Management console of the client’s Safewalk tenant and search for the user in question. You can reenroll this token.
