Emergency Access Phone Number Verification Error

There is a step in the Emergency access identity verification process where the user is supposed to insert his full phone number for the verification and request the OTP code to confirm the identity.

If the request fails due to the system error the problem may be:

  1. the phone number is wrong - check the number again
  2. the configuration of the SMS provider contains an error - contact the administrator
