Forgotten answers to security questions

Sometimes it happens that the user forgets the answers to the security questions he/she entered during the registration process. In this case, it is possible to log into the MAYI ID Selfservice portal, go to the Account section and choose the Verification questions ā€” there you can display answers to your verification questions. Answers could be changed if necessary ā€” seeĀ the Security questions help page.

How to show the hidden answer

Open theĀ Selfservice, go to theĀ AccountĀ section and open the Security questionsĀ tab

Press theĀ EYEĀ button [Ā Ā ] within the chosen question and hold. The eye icon will be changed and the saved answer will be displayed.
