Can't Enroll the Second SMS Token

Sometimes the user may want to register another SMS token on their backup mobile phone. The total number of tokens of the same type that can be registered is set at the administrator level. If the user has more than one mobile phone, he can register a different type of token on an alternative mobile phone.
