Where Are My Documents in MAYI ID platform?
All documents uploaded by the user during the enrollment process or at any later time via the Selfservice portal can be found in the Selfservice portal in the Account section on the Documents tab.
How to display current files or upload new files

Open the Selfservice, go to the Account section and click the Documents tab.

The list of uploaded attachments is displayed.
|

Press the ADD [] button on the right side of the list to open the Upload form.

Choose the type of uploading file
The types of fields and their meaning may be different from the image shown. The list is defined at the administrator level of each tenant.

Use the drag&drop function or mouse-click on the box to select desired files from the local/shared drive. As soon as the file is selected or moved and dropped into the box the file is uploaded.

The new file is uploaded and displayed in the list of Documents with the relevant type and creation date.

How to display a user's uploaded file

Open the User detail, and go to the Documents tab.

Press the DOWNLOAD FILE button [] within the chosen file from the context menu [].

|
The file will be downloaded to the user's download folder.
