How to submit a feedback or report a bug in MAYI ID platform?
The Submit feedback is a feature, that allows users to send emails from the application (Selfservice, Vault, Emergency access and Enrollment) directly to a predefined email address.
Use this feature when you encounter weird behaviour in the application or when you have any recommendations or requests for different behaviour.
If the "Submit a feedback" option is missing, please notify your admin team. The page about enabling this feature is here.
How to send the feedback.
Click on the Info menu and choose the Submit Feedback menu option. |

The form for the feedback will be displayed. |

Fill in mandatory fields and optionally attach the screenshot or other file. |

When the form is completed, press the SUBMIT button. The message will be sent to the relevant email address. |
How to submit a bug
Use this feature in case that unknown error is appeared and no hint displayed.
Click on the Info menu and choose the Submit Feedback menu option. |

The form for the feedback will be displayed. Select Feedback type: Report a bug. |

Fill in mandatory fields and optionally attach the screenshot or other file. Keep in mind that the time of the incident and screenshots will prove very valuable to the support team. |

When the form is completed, press the SUBMIT button. The message will be sent to the relevant email address. |
