All Invitations

All Invitations page allows superadmins to examine all the invitations made in the tenant. This allows the admin to manage the invitations in case there are some problems with the invitation as well as in inviters absence.

Transfer invitation ownership

There are two options for transferring the ownership of the invitation. Admin can either transfer it to herself or to any other user, who will see it in My Invitations in SelfService.

Resend an invitation

Admin has an option to resend the invitation email to the same address, in case it was lost, deleted or didn't arrive. resend.png

Delete invitation

An admin can also delete an invitation, rendering the invitation unusable. delete.png
